Fuck nihilism. For me, being an anarchist is not only about destroying the current regime, it’s about building up a world that’s at least a tiny bit less fucked up than the world we live in now. Being nihilist takes this last part away and for me, that in term takes away the whole purpose or fighting against authority. Destroying is fun but it’s also easier than building, and takes much less effort. Nonetheless, most of the people involved in the anti-authoritarian struggle fight for the same goals - egalitarian society built on solidarity and equality. Of course, there are differences here and there (especially concerning feminism and animal liberation) but a lot of us are on the same line about many subjects. Yet there is so much nasty infighting everywhere and so many people dividing into groups and cliques, while it would be so much more effective to support each other in our struggles and acknowledge that our end goal is ultimately the same.
lyrics
No nations
Under no gods
Burning flags
Uniting states
Of existence
Without authority
And without class
When you close your eyes
Can you see with mine?
Can you adjust your vision,
Can you change your mind?
No nations
Under no gods
Burning flags
Uniting states
Of existence
Without authority
And without class
After the smoke clears
Will you want to build?
And will you want to listen
To solve the mess that we are in?

Angey, messy, hardcore feminist punk. I feel like the band memvers would sneer at you if you tried to talk to them in a bar.
